Delivery

All the prices on our website include free delivery to many parts of the UK, Those postcodes that fall beyond the free delivery zones incur a small fee based depending on the weight, size and delivery address location. If you would like the feature delivered outside the free zone 1 area, please call for a price.

Nearly all of our products will be delivered on a pallet, via a lorry with a tail lift / pallet truck. The only items that we do not send in this manner arethose that can be sent via the Royal Mail post.

The feature(s) will be packed on a pallet and will travel on a 2/3 day delivery service. On the paper work we ask for the delivery company to ring you when the day of delivery is known and then again when the approx. delivery time is established. All of our water features and kits are supplied with fitting instructions and in addition to this we offer a help line to assist with any queries you or your fitter may have in connection with the installation of the feature.
